Greetings CAC Sorors,

 The time has come to renew your annual dues for the 2024 fiscal year. This communication contains important information for current CAC Members wishing to pay IN-PERSON ONLY.    

If your payment has already been made via mail, PayPal or in-person, please disregard this email.

When ready to begin the dues process, sorors must complete TWO steps.  

  1. FIRST, sorors must complete and submit an electronic membership renewal form  
  2. NEXT, sorors must submit payment

Details for both processes are below.

**NEW** Donations to National Initiatives

Effective immediately, all members must remit donations for national initiatives (i.e. DREF, International, Sustainability, etc.) via the Member Portal.  Other than previously collected donations, the chapter will no longer accept individual member donations.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FORM

CAC membership renewal forms must be completed electronically BEFORE arriving at D’estee to submit payment.  Please read the form carefully and submit responses that match your status.

IN-PERSON PAYMENT DETAILS

CAC member dues for the 2024 fiscal year are for the full year period covering January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024.  

These dues can be paid from August 1, 2023, through September 16, 2023.  Late fees apply to Regular Members after September 16, 2023.

Checks and money orders should be made payable to Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.  

In the memo section, please make sure you have included your membership number and full name as listed on the sorority’s official website.  

The in-person amount for Life Members is $210

The in-person amount for Regular Members is $400

IN-PERSON PAYMENT DATES

Payments can be made at D’Estee on the following Finance Admin Days:

Saturday, August 26th from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Friday, September 15th from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Saturday, September 16th from  1:00 pm – 2:30 pm

NON-FINANCIAL SORORS

Please do not forward this communication.  If you encounter sorors who are not currently financial or not members of CAC, you should direct them to the Finance Team by sending an email to [email protected].  

Sorors should include their full name, chapter of initiation, membership number and date of last dues payment.
